Individual role requirements are still being reviewed and will be discussed by the role/raid offices soon, and then posted. However, preliminary requirements are as follows:

(1) Character Item Level: Minimum 356 (359 preferred) Release 4.3 will be 372 Minimum (378 preferred)

(2) All gear MUST be fully gemmed, where possible, using the highest-level gems available. For exceptions to this rule speak with your role lead.

(3) All gear MUST be enchanted, where possible, using the best, reasonably-available crafted enchants. Additionally, all weapons must be enchanted with a Maelstrom Crystal-level enchant. For exceptions to this rule speak with your role lead.

(4) All characters MUST carry a supply of their own stat food and flasks. The guild will provide cauldrons and stat food for raids as guild bank stocks allow. However, all raiders MUST arrive to raids with their own supplies just in case they should be needed. Additionally, raiders should be prepared to use their own stat food in between feast drops. We will not be dropping feasts down for individual player deaths, nor will we be dropping feasts on all trash pulls.

(5) All raiders MUST review the posted encounter strategies/videos BEFORE the raid begins. This does not mean 5 minutes beforehand. Be sure to schedule sufficient time to carefully prepare in advance for the posted encounters.

(6) Contact a raid leader or Emara should you have any questions.

All drafting questions should first be discussed with your primary spec role leader. If you need additional assistance and a role lead is not available speak with Emara. If Emara is not available speak with one of the raid leaders.

Remember, all raid signups should take place no later than 7PM each Sunday. Drafting will take place sometime after the deadline. Sometimes there may be a delay in drafting due to class balance issues that are being worked out behind the scenes. Nonetheless, preliminary drafting will be completed no later than 24hrs prior to the next raid. Do not miss out on raiding by signing up after the Sunday 7PM deadline!
